Rain forest jasper cab ~
Here is a cabochon of rain forest 'jasper', from Australia. This brecciated stone is actually highly silicated rhyolite, and often shows a spiderweb pattern like this avocado green example. It features three pools of bluish and purplish translucent agate, one of which is fortified with banding that surrounds a small drusy pocket, as well as splotches of yellow-orange opalite. The cab has a rounded dome of 6+mm, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
