Here is a sweet designer cabochon of rare marra mamba, from Australia. This eye-catching material is, in my opinion, the nicest tigereye in the world. It exhibits positively amazing chatoyance that rolls and flashes beautifully, and in this fine example, the colors are greenish bronze and gold, with streaks of jasper and dark silvery hematite running through it. This is the real deal, folks, genuine marra mamba, not the wide-band tiger iron so frequently offered in its place. In my own jewelry, stones like this little beauty practically fly out the door, sold! The cab has a very high rounded dome, a pleasing shape, and a fine polish both front and back. And my per carat price is a bargain!
