Here is a bullet of top quality poppy jasper, from the famous Morgan Hill, CA. location, no longer open to collecting. This eye-catching bullet features a great pattern of contrasting bullseye figures in rusty yellow, orange, magenta and red, along with deep gray. It does have a few of the typical hairline fractures common to this collectible material, but each is well healed and fine, so the stone is quite solid. It is a 6.5x13mm oval in cross-section, has one flat end, with a glossy polish on all surfaces.
