Oco geode cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from a slice of an Oco geode, (aka Ocho). This translucent agate has a lovely presence, owing to its many intricate feathery white wisps framing two sparkly crystal-studded cores. A close look reveals that the tiny crystals are terminated, though the photos don't illustrate them well. The larger crystal pocket does not pierce the stone, but the smaller one does. It's a designer's delight for sure! The stone has a nicely rounded dome of 5.5mm, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
