Moss Agate cab ~
Here is a lovely cab of old stock moss agate, from India. The intricate frills of the moss itself are quite beautiful, but what I like best about it are the hints of bluish coloration in with the greens. Happily, it took an excellent polish, and there is very little of the usual undercutting so typical of these agates. The cab has a very high rounded dome, a strong symmetrical shape, and a great glassy shine both front and back.
