Ocean jasper tongue ~
Offered here is an ocean jasper tongue, hailing from Madagascar, where it is literally mined in the ocean waters near the shore. This stone is one of the more opaque jasper varieties, with a multitude of orbs in avocado and forest greens, with hints of yellow too. Kinda reminds me of dragon skin. There are some gorgeous fortification bands in high contrast framing nearly black cores that are quite unusual. This tongue is oval in cross section, more than 6mm in thickness, with a nice glassy polish on all surfaces. There are a few tiny voids present, but they're hard to notice.
