Dead Camel jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from Dead Camel jasper, a recently mined jasper from Nevada's Dead Camel mountains.
This brecciated jasper features beautifully busy figure in an attractive mix of colors, including veins of maroon and ochre, against a pleasing blush of rosy pink. Somewhat reminiscent of Owyhee jasper, on steroids! This stone has a well rounded dome of 6.5mm, and a plump designer teardrop shape that's beautifully polished both front and back.
