Wave Hill agate cab ~
Offered here is a unique cabochon of Wave Hill agate, from Australia's Northern Territory. These exceptional agates are truly world class, and won my heart straight away. This example reminds me of some ocean jaspers I have on hand, with complimentary dusty red, rose and pastel pink bands, and clumps of interesting fortified orbs in bubble gum pink shades with white. There are some partial bullseyes teasing at the translucent edges too. Plenty of character here, definitely a KEEPER! This stone has a well rounded dome just shy of 6mm, a graceful teardrop shape, and a smooth glassy polish both front and back.
