Malachite plume agate cab ~
Offered here is an interesting cabochon of plume agate from an unknown locality. The greenish plumes in this stone are colored by malachite, and have a very organic look to them, almost as if they are real-live, growing foliage. Some are even frosted in white, as if by a light snowfall. The soft blue agate background is nicely translucent, with ghostly halo fortifications enclosing the plumes.The stone has a well rounded dome of 5.5mm, and a fancy 'S' shape, polished both front and back.
