Birdseye rhyolite cab ~
Offered here is a deluxe cabochon of orbicular rhyolite, from Nevada. This material goes by several names, including birdseye rhyolite, but no matter what you prefer to call it, I really like the stuff! This example has neat orbs and bullseyes in a variety of sizes, and an unusual crackly dark slate-blue with brilliant white coloration and arrangement that will make a most desireable item of jewelry. The stone has a well rounded dome of 5mm, a sweet designer drop shape, polished to a high gloss both front and back.
