Offered here is a fascinating cabochon of rare Horse Canyon agate, from California. This highly prized moss agate is arguably some of the prettiest and rarest there is, becoming more difficult to obtain by the day. The area where it comes from is now private and closed, so there's been no collecting for quite some years. This natural beauty features a fabulous pattern of web-like mossy tendrils adrift in translucent pools of various shades, including olive green, gold, sky blue, teal blue, and even rusty orange.
