Noreena jasper cab suite ~
Offered here is a trio of matching cabochons cut from noreena jasper, which hails from the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The color and figure reminds me of mungina stone, which is rather soft, but this well silicated noreena jasper is harder, with an even wilder pattern. The mauve background is highlighted with bold strokes of flaming yellow and red. Very eye catching, to say the least, I think they'll be extremely attractive in even the plainest of settings. The large cab has a high rounded dome of 5.5mm, and a designer drop shape, while the smaller rounds are each 5mm in thickness. Each of the three stones are polished both front and back.
