Chrysoprase cab ~
Offered here is a matching trio of Australian chrysoprase cabochons, cut from very old material that was part of a collection we bought. These gemmy beauties have plume-like clouds of delicate pistachio green floating in nearly clear chalcedony, which gives them a great dimension of depth that's tough to illustrate in photos. Each of the three stones also has a showing of spidery black dendrites, adding character, and they're cut in a crisp designer 'spear' shape. The largest stone has a high rounded dome of 8mm, while the smaller pair are 5mm in thickness, well polished both front and back.
