Condor agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of condor agate, from Patagonia. It features a fortification pattern of bands in orange and rusty greenish-brown, framing a core that contains an unusual 3-petalled flower. The stone has that rich warm glow about it that is so unmistakeably Condor! Jewelry made with this stone will be a keeper anyone would be proud to own. Please note the presence of a healed fracture or two, which do not detract or distract. And there are small areas of host matrix at the edges, though I think they look rather interesting. The cab has a rounded dome of nearly 5mm, and a sweet designer shape, polished both front and back.
