Regency rose plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a sweet cabochon of regency rose plume agate, from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This stone was cut from some old stock I tucked away many years ago, and I must say it's quite a bit rosier than any I've seen mined more recently. There are frilly plumage in cream and pastel apricot & pink, suspended in a background of translucent golden yellow and rose agate. Adding to the character are two geometrically shaped voids, which won't interfere with setting at all. The cab has a well rounded dome of nearly 6mm, a whimsical designer shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
