Regency rose plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a large cabochon of regency rose plume agate, from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This example was cut from old material much more appealing than the newer stuff. It has a fine display of creamy pastel peach colored plumes with rosy accents, that show off nicely in a background of tranclucent yellow agate. In hand, it has a delightful depth that these flat photos just can't quite capture. The cab has a well rounded dome of nearly 6mm, and a gracefully curved designer shape with a glassy polish both front and back.
