Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a large cabochon of Madagascar's kabamba ocean jasper, a pretty sister to the original ocean jasper source just up the beach. This strongly contrasting example has a busy pattern of bullseyes in a yellow, golden lime and olive hues with several shades of rich advocado and forest greens, along with some forification bands. There's a small blush of pink, too. Its fancy pattern is quite striking and eye-catching, with a decidedly festive, exotic flavor. The stone has a generously high rounded dome of 8mm, a long designer 'teardrop' shape, and an excellent polish both front and back.
