Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is an ocean jasper cabochon, cut from some of the earliest material to show up from Madagascar. Sadly, I'm told the original source is played out, though I do hope they continue searching for more. This unique cab is one of the more translucent variety, featuring a display of greens 'flowers' with tiny orange bullseye centers. They stand out in high contrast against a lemony to lemon-lime background with swirling streaks and dots of rose. This stone has that certain gemmy quality you'll want to feature it prominently in your jewelry showcase. It has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, a crisp designer shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
