Confetti agate cab ~
Offered here is a large deluxe cabochon of choice confetti agate, from Mexico. This is an uncommon but classic material seldom seen in recent years, and one that's very appropriately named, as you can see. It's a real upbeat carnival of festivity, fairly packed with the characteristic 'islands' of confetti, against a background that's pinkish at one side, reddish orange at the other. In addition, some areas of the cab are translucent, though I neglected to take a backlit photo. It'll be a knockout featured in either gold or silver, no doubt, or a splendid addition to your collection. The stone has a high rounded dome of 6+mm, a designer 'catseye' shape, and a super glossy polish both front and back.
