Rainforest jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cab of rainforest 'jasper', from Australia. This cabochon features an attractive pattern in light and dark
avocado green shades, with several thundereggs embedded within. The material is actually highly silicated rhyolite, with
some interesting agate/opalite-filled orbs in pastel yellow and gold. This type reminds me a bit of Madagascar's ocean
jasper. The cab has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp designer 'kite' shape, and a great glassy polish both front and
back.
