Rainforest jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cab of rainforest 'jasper', from Australia. This cabochon features an attractive pattern in avocado and forest green shades, with several thundereggs embedded within. The material is actually highly silicated rhyolite, with some attractive agate/opalite-filled orbs in pastel yellow, edged with gold. The largest of them are translucent, and have open drusy pockets, adding a lovely sparkle. The cab has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a graceful designer shape, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
