Agua Neuva agate cab ~
Offered here is a superb cabochon of Agua Neuva agate, from Mexico. I often find that like this material even more than its long prized and famous cousin, Laguna agate, found nearby. This uniquely exotic example features a wild pattern of purple to raspberry banded agate, edged with a pastel yellow and white band that frames a pool of translucent agate. The scalloped eyes and flowers remind me of lily pads floating on a pond. Believe me when I say, this collectible beauty is absolutely GORGEOUS, and even moreso in hand! The cab has a well rounded dome of 6mm, a gracefully curved designer shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
