Wave dolomite cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of picture dolomite, sometimes known as wave dolomite, a real old timer from Mexico. This dolomite beats the daylights out of any other variety, if you ask me... As requested, here's another cab for your designing/collecting pleasure. This one has a wild scalloped pattern in several warm hues, including shades of peach, cream, gold and brick red. Extra nice lace, and even some tiny magenta plumage in this one, making it definitely out of the ordinary! The stone has a crisp designer 'arrow' shape, a rounded dome of 5.5mm, and a smooth glossy polish both front and back.
