Imperial jasper cab ~
Offered here is a large, deluxe cabochon of royal imperial jasper, from Mexico. This collectible 'ojitos' (little eyes, in Spanish) material is always a crowd pleaser. The orb pattern in this remarkable stone is a study in various pastel shades of mauve, pink, peach and even hints of gold, with wavy ribbons rippling outward toward the edges. There are no fractures at all, just uniquely natural pattern. The stone has a low dome of 5mm, a softly rounded designer 'teardrop' shape, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
