Agua Neuva agate cab ~
Offered here is a sweet cabochon of Agua Neuva agate, from Mexico. I often find that I favor this material even more than its long prized and famous cousin, Laguna agate, found nearby. This example features orange moss and tubes, with those still inside the agate showing a warm pink hue. There are some nice fortifications too, composed of tiny white dots, and some darker bands in a very attractive orange color, all beautifully translucent. The cab has a well rounded dome of 6.5mm, a versatile designer shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
