Regency rose plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a large and classically gorgeous cabochon of regency rose plume agate, from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This collectibly gorgeous stone was cut from some old stock I put aside many years ago, and only recently sliced into. And what a surprise it was to see the brilliant colors inside, I love this stuff! This spectacularly ornate beauty features several bright coral pink plumes suspended in a background of translucent to lightly smoky agate. There's also apricot, pastel yellow and pinks, as well as some plumes in nearly snow white adding character, color and visual interest. This fine stone will be a joy to work with, and will be a stunning show-stopper no matter how simple the setting! This substantial cab has a well rounded dome of 7.5mm, a gracefully curved designer 'flame' shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back. Trust me, this one's worth EVERY PENNY.
