Coyamito agate cab ~
Offered here is an outrageously unique cabochon of coyamito agate, which originated in Mexico, only a handful of miles from the Laguna agate beds. This classic sought-after material is a huge favorite of countless agate afficionados, becoming ever more difficult to come by these days. This translucent stone has oodles of superb banding, with a neat touch of parallax at certain angles, in warm shades of reddish orange, burnt golden yellow and more. The fancy banding frames a core of beautifully sparkling drusy crystals, adding character aplenty. There are also some neat scallops, reddish moss, and even some partial bullseyes at the cab's outer edges. AWESOME!!! And highly collectible!! The cab has a nicely rounded dome of 6mm, a gracefully curved designer shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
