king cobra jasper cab ~
Offered here is a largish cabochon cut from king cobra jasper, from India. This recent material arrived with blindingly bright new tropical hues, quite unlike the cobra jasper I've seen before, which is drab by comparison. The new stuff is light years more exciting. This example is a YUMMY marigold yellow, with areas of mango, peach and burnt cherry red, along with a few scattered black dendrites. The small white and grayish pools are filled with a quartz blend, some crackly, some translucent, some both. Try a cab of this colorful jasper, I'm sure you'll be thrilled! The stone has a well rounded dome of 6mm, a crisply curved designer shape, and a fabulous polish both front and back.
