Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a fancy ocean jasper cabochon that includes a vug filled with tiny sparkling quartz crystals. This particular Madagascar material is some of the very first harvested, and it certainly shows a lovely classic contrast. It's beautifully patterned with a scattering of bullseyes of various sizes, in deep forest green, avocado green, and pastels of peach, pink and subtle shades of the very palest lemon chiffon. It also has a secondary pattern of streaks running diagonally through the stone, similar to that seen in some imperial jaspers. It'll make a delicious item of jewelry, almost effortlessly! The cab has a nicely rounded dome of 6.5mm, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
