Willow Creek jasper cab ~
Here is a freeform designer cabochon of top quality Willow Creek jasper, from Idaho. I like them all, but this particular member of the porcelain jasper family is one of my favorites. This cab features a fairly busy but delicate pattern in pastel shades of cream, olive, and tan, with splashes of yellow and red. There's some areas of translucence, too. The stone has a very high rounded dome, a gracefuly fluid shape, and a totally glassy polish both front and back.
