Dryhead agate cab ~
Offered here is a unique cabochon of collectible Dryhead agate, from Montana. This classic beauty features fortification banding in blended hues of orange, rust and yellow, and even olive, framing a rosy pink center containing some subtle orbs. Toward the edges, the orbs become bullseyes, adding oodles of character. The photos may show the color a bit too bright on some monitors, but this IS a vibrant stone in hand. Any odd reddish lines you see in the large end of the stone are naturally well healed and totally stable, worthy of your best and most imaginative setting. The cab has a high rounded dome of just over 5mm, a crisp designer shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
