Here is a vivid cabochon of Australian tigeriron, cut from super deluxe material hand selected at Quartzite a few years ago. As soon as my eye fell on it, I HAD to have it; it's the best I've ever seen! It features areas of extra brilliant golden tigereye chatoyance, with swirls of blood red jasper and hematite. The 'windows' of gold are framed by threads of the dark gray and blackish hematite, with its intriguing metallic luster. It all adds up to a truly outstanding stone, brightly eye catching like you wouldn't believe. In shape, it resembles a tooth or claw, and for that reason, I think this one would easily make a terrific masculine pendant, but I'll leave that to your capable imagination. The cab has a very high rounded dome of 7mm, and a glossy polish both front and back.
